About GetJobCalls
GetJobCalls shows Indian job seekers how recruiters on Naukri and LinkedIn find them, from their own portal emails, then fixes their profiles and CV so recruiters call. It was started by Nitin Panwar, who built GenAI products at Naukri.com.
Why it exists
Most interview calls in India come from recruiters searching resume databases, not from applications. Yet job seekers can't see which searches they show up in, why they're skipped, or whether a change worked. The emails that answer this already sit in their inbox: profile views, CV downloads, recruiter invites, LinkedIn search appearances. Nobody counts them.
Our founder lived this: 2 replies from 39 applications, then, after fixing how recruiters found him, found 143 times in six months.
How it works
- You pick the role you want and connect Gmail, read-only. We search only job-portal senders.
- A free snapshot counts what recruiters did with your profile and which roles they see you for.
